1. About Us

Hughes Venture Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates hughesventurestudios.com, a platform through which we build, market and license fully custom online businesses (“Ventures”) to approved operators, partners, investors and acquisition buyers (“you”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site or submitting an application you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Nature of Listings

Information about each Venture is provided for general indicative purposes. Listings, financials, traffic figures, status descriptions and projections are not warranties. All material terms (price, licence scope, performance, exclusivity, handover) are only binding once set out in a signed written agreement between you and Hughes Venture Studios.

4. Applications

Submitting an application does not create any partnership, licence, joint venture, employment or agency relationship. We may accept, reject, defer or withdraw any application at our sole discretion without giving reasons.

5. Confidentiality

Private venture data shared with approved applicants is confidential. You must not disclose, reproduce, reverse-engineer or use it for any purpose other than evaluating a transaction with us. A separate NDA may be required before sensitive information is released.

6. Intellectual Property

All Ventures, brands, domains, code, designs, copy and underlying systems remain the property of Hughes Venture Studios unless and until ownership is expressly transferred under a signed acquisition agreement. A licence grants only the rights specifically listed in that licence — no other rights are implied.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and should take independent professional advice before entering any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hughes Venture Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape, attack, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to misrepresent your identity, funds or intent.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
