Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital business licences, platform access, and related services (“Services”) offered by Hughes Venture Studios. All transactions are for digital, non-tangible services — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer (not acting in the course of a business), you have a statutory right to cancel your licence agreement within 14 calendar days of the date the agreement is entered into, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., email) before the 14-day period expires.

3. Digital Services — Immediate Performance Exception

Because our Services consist of digital content and immediate access to proprietary platforms, systems and brand assets, by entering into a licence you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of performance. This means your statutory 14-day right to cancel may be lost once access has been granted and the service has begun.

If you have not yet accessed or used the licensed platform, the 14-day cooling-off period remains fully available.

4. Refund Eligibility

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
